Ordering Products

You may order products from the web site by submitting a completed order form through the check-out procedure.

We will confirm acceptance of your order by e-mail to the address you have given and the sending of this e-mail (whether or not it is received) makes the contract between us.

The Price and Payment

The price of the products will be the price quoted in the web site at the time we accept your order. The price will include any applicable value added tax, but not the cost of delivery.

In addition to the price, you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted in the web site at the time we accept your order – unless you qualify for free delivery. The amount of these charges varies according to the method of delivery and the delivery address you specify in your order.

Payment is made by credit or debit card, at the time we accept your order. Refunds will generally be made by means of a credit to your original payment method.

Although every care is taken in the quality of content on this site, there may occasionally be an error and items may be mis-priced. In this event we will either: contact you to ask if you wish to cancel the order, or simply cancel the order and notify you, at our own discretion. We are under no obligation to supply goods at the incorrect price.

Shipping and Handling

 For your peace of mind all orders are sent with proof of posting and are insured against loss or damage. When your order is dispatched you will receive an email to notify you of this. It will also contain the tracking code for your order.

Lost or Undeliverable Orders

If your order is lost in the post we will send you a replacement according to the timescale designated by the chosen courier for items to be considered lost. If your order is damaged we will send you replacements for the damaged items immediately. If your order is returned to us due to insufficient or incorrect delivery information being supplied to us by you or through the goods being otherwise undeliverable through no fault of our own we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 20% administration fee. If the order is lost due to incorrect delivery information provided, we may, subject to discretion, charge a redelivery cost equivalent to the cost of redelivery + a 50% administration fee.

Please ensure that you give us correct postal information and that you accept delivery or collect your items in a timely manner to avoid redelivery costs.

All orders are sent with proof of postage and insurance. If you do not receive your order within the stated times please contact us and we will investigate and, where appropriate, resend your order. Please note that all deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Although we make our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery.

If we are aware of any delays in delivery times we will contact you immediately. 

All international orders are our responsibility until the order tracking shows that the order has arrived in the customers country. From that point onwards it is the up to the customs and laws of the customers country as to whether the parcel will be delivered. We are not responsible for any undelivered items that were detained by customs as CBD is legal within the United Kingdom and therefore legal to export.


Once an order has been dispatched you may return the goods within 30 days of receipt. Goods must be unopened with seals intact. If an item has been used/opened we cannot accept a return due to potential denaturing of the product. To cancel or return goods please contact us via email quoting your order number.

We offer satisfaction guarantee for new customers on the first bottle of each product. They can use it fully, and if not satisfied, they will be refunded, provided they send an empty bottle back to us within 60 days.

Please note that if a product has been chosen to be shipped with an ‘untracked’ service, then we are not responsible for any product losses or damages of said product.


Please refer to ‘best before’ dates on product packaging to determine product life.

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they are in compliance with local legislation. Furthermore, our CBD products are not medicinal nor do they intended to treat or cure any ailments.
